Protur Naisa Palma Hotel

Everything was perfect, loved our really nice stay. The a double room was exceptional with fridge, large TV. Having hairdryers, terry bathrobes and shower caps was a bonus. It had very central location close to a contemporary art gallery.

Thank you very much all for a really lovely stay at the hotel. The breakfast had brilliant choices, including pastries and cereal, sadly we were in a hurry and didn't try all of it. The room was spotless with balcony, had wake-up service, that's cool.

The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a very quite area, right by the best restaurants/bars and all the shops and Old town area. My check-in was good. Suitable for vacation.

The hotel was exceptional, location was unbeatable close to the city center, savoury breakfast. The breakfast was included and had a lot of meals. Our stay was a pleasant experience.

Cool accommodation with brilliant setting near the centre, the center of Palma. Welcoming staff at reception desk and good Wi-Fi.

This impressive, clean property has perfect buffet breakfasts and great staff. The setting is incredible and stunning, so close to the center of the cities qnd and Santa Catalina.

There is stain in some places.

A very nice stay. Very comfy beds, blinds and blackout drapes were a nice touch. Friendly check-in, late check-out. Reception was very friendly.

The breakfast was included and consisted of cereal and pastries.

Enjoyed this brand-new hotel, would recommend. The breakfast had plenty of options, including cereals and pastries. Got bright, brand-new with very comfortable bed and wardrobe space plus good lightning.

Chic hotel with knowledgeable staff, has magnificent location near to Port of Palma.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The service was nice, all people working there were efficient.

The accommodation was nicely designed, pool was clean, beds were really big. Lots of food at the breakfast, including cereals and pastries. I enjoyed the room and its nice decor.

super location, enthusiastic staff, really good bed. i greatly enjoyed having air conditioning, iron/ironing board and tea/coffee. a superb service and hearty breakfast. furthermore, parking on-site was a bonus. the hotel was perfectly located.

The hotel was neat and had FANTASTIC staff and location. I liked a comfortable decor and minimalistic furniture. Perfectly based in busy area near to the centre of Palma and Old Town and all the lovely restaurants.

We had a superb experience staying here. The hotel was wonderful, with fashioned rooms. Venue was fairly clean. Breakfast was particularly good, we liked it. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi was provided throughout the property.

Rooms and location were immaculate and I especially loved that the place was so clean. Immense unit with a cozy decor. Hot cuisine.

It deserves its 4 stars. The hotel was awesome. Location in the heart of the city. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Thai Style that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Besides, we parked our car onsite.

The bed was comfy, after a long drive. Liked the breakfast, it was delightful!
